Beginning Yoga

Never taken a yoga class before? This is the class for you! Drop in after work or dinner and explore the basics of yoga in a quiet, safe environment. You'll never be surrounded by scores of people like you are in a gym or big corporate studio. We limit our class sizes and offer personal, individual attention to help you with your unique needs.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle yoga is designed for people dealing with injuries or limited mobility. This relaxing class will help you to stretch and move gently, comfortably, and within your own ability. You will use many props to support your postures and be guided by a compassionate and experienced instructor who will help you get the most out of your experience. details

Hour of Power

This energetic, fast-paced Vinyasa Flow class will give you an hour of vinyasa flow and will challenge both your physical and mental strength. Stay for an extra 10 minutes for a nice Savasana! details

Level 1

These classes are for the beginning student or the advanced student that wants to get back to basics and will revue basic poses, breathing and meditation, with focus on the individual poses as a means for healing, strength building and flexibility. There will be a variety of poses including sun salutations, standing and seated poses, inversions and shavasana. Recommended for all students. details

Level 1 & 2

These classes are for students who are looking for a more intermediate class with a wider variety of poses and strength building opportunities. Previous yoga experience recommended. details

Level 2

A more challenging class using standing postures to build heat and incorporating pranayama (breathwork) with more advanced postures than a Level I or Level I/II. details

Meditation

Meditation is easier than you think.  If you have tried to meditate and couldn't keep your mind "quiet," or you have had trouble "getting into it," this is the class for you.  Learn how to find that peaceful place inside.  Each week we will learn a different technique.  Find the one that works for you.  This class will give you the tools to begin the journey of meditation.  Cost: $10 or use your series

Mixed Level Flow

A mixed level class with the smooth groove of a vinyasa flow class. details

Pre-natal

This class is designed to increase flexibility and endurance as well as offer breathing techniques to aid in labor and delivery. Poses are modified for the changes in a mother’s body. details

Restorative

This therapeutic class will gently rejuvinate and revitalize the body while opening the gate to deep physical and mental relaxation. details

Samadhi Yoga

If you are looking for the more spiritual side of yoga, the side that nurtures your soul as well as your body, this beautiful new class is for you. This traditional Hatha Yoga class incorporates the myriad practices that comprise yoga: physical practice, yamas, niyamas, meditation, pranayama and more. You'll leave feeling refreshed, with a light heart and quiet mind. details

Vinyasa Flow

A more active class which links poses together by combining sequences through fluid movement called Vinyasa. The fluid movement generates heat through the body, ideal for those looking for a more rigorous challenge. Previous yoga experience necessary. details

Yang/Yin

A combination of a more vigorous vinyasa practice and a calming yin practice, this class will help you sweat and stretch to your fullest capacity. Some yoga experience recommended. details

Yoga for Back Care

Relieve stress on your spine and heal your body by lengthening the muscles of your legs, strengthening the muscles of your back and abdominal area, and stabilizing the lumbo-pelvic region of your body. details
